This was from way back in March. I had been notified I won a second place prize, which was supposed to be NBA memorabilia valued at I think about $150. After I responded to the email with my name and address, I waited and waited. Nothing arrived and I had no email updates. So after the 8-12 weeks I tried contacting them again. I must have emailed a dozen times. Finally, I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Anheuser-Busch contacted me via telephone and they assigned a case number and a representative to help me out. After about a month, I re-contacted the representative as I still hadn't heard anything. Finally, finally (!) I got the Fed Ex and a nice email apologizing for the delay. They let me pick out NBA merch from the team of my choosing and even threw in some Ultra gear as an apology. The BBB complaints seem to work on these!
