I think this is what you are looking for: *Limit (1) Grand Prize per PID/person/household/address. Limit (1) First Prize per PID/person/household/address.

When I won today, it said that you get one win per day. And I read someone else who had won three times so far.

Edit: there are many prize levels, so those limits look to be only for the grand prize and first prize. You can win once a day for any other prize, it seems.

Yep, threw me for a second too when I saw someone won $100 twice & I'm the one who added it!
