Everybody is in PA and a couple in NY. I looked at rules and it says it's open to U.S. residents 16 years and older, so what do you suppose is going on? I'm assuming that their stores are mostly in PA and these are the people who entered via entry form in-store. Plus, many of the prizes are good for things that are probably only available at their stores. I just think it's odd that there isn't a better selection of states on the winners list
