On behalf of Phillip Morris USA we are pleased to inform you that you an an official Grand Prize Winner in the 2017 Team Marlboro sweepstakes Undivided Contest.

As a participant, you will receive a 4 day/3 night trip to Helena, Montana from Monday August 7,2017 to August 10, 2017. Your trip includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for (1) from the major commercial airport nearest your residence to a commercial airport near the project location., three nights accomodations (single room, single occupancy) ground transportation from and to destination airport, food and beverage while on trip and a check in the amount of $1000.00!
 
Curious. How did you get notified? I received an email asking me to sign documents through Docusign. Email said the following:

"Congratulations First Name Last Name! <--was my actual name here.


Thank you for entering the in The Team Marlboro Undivided Contest presented by Philip Morris USA Inc. (“PM USA”). Although your entry was not deemed to be a potential Grand Prize winner of the contest, if space becomes available, PM USA would like to offer you the prize of a 4-day/3-night trip for one (1) to a project location as a gift. Your prize is contingent on you meeting all eligibility requirements. In the event space does not become available, you will receive a check in the amount of $500.00, pending eligibility.

Before we can establish your eligibility, you must complete and sign documents. You can access your documents by clicking “View Document” below. Click the yellow “next” button to navigate through the document. When all fields have been completed, you would need to confirm by signing. Click “Finish” to submit your documents. Please note that you may not be able to save the documents until they are complete. You will be unable to view the documents after the deadline date below.

If you do not wish to complete the documents online, call us at 1-800-527-5240, between the hours of 7 A.M. – 7 P.M. CST (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) and we will FedEx the forms to you.

Failure to return all the documents within the 7-day period (including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays) may result in your disqualification.

Then there was a link to Docusign for me to sign some documents. Is this how they notify you and do the paperwork? The documents are asking for some very private information and I would like to be sure first.

Everyone is telling you to have fun, so I guess I will too...but, you know this is a WORKING trip don't you? At least they're gonna pay you $1000 to do it. Have fun!!
 
Yes, that is the exact email i got and did the paperwork that day and turned it in then i got a fedex letter the other day saying that i was a winner for the trip. If you are scared to do the paperwork online, call that number and do it over the phone. They are awesome and able to answer any questions you may have. I called and talked to them a few times already. My paperwork and itinerary should be here in a week or so but i wouldn't wait too long. I think they only give you 7 days to do the paperwork.
 
yes, it is a working trip and i was iffy about that but i have talked with them and it's nothing to worry about, they are doing projects and activities and nothing no one can't handle. They are making it as fun as possible i guess.

Yay!! Thank you for the information. I completed my paperwork online this morning. Now I can allow myself to get excited!! It's work, sure, but I love working outdoors.

Oh, and a big congratulations to you too! :)
