Got this in my e-mail yesterday.

Congratulations on being selected a runner-up winner of Lucky Breaks from September! You've won a Margaret O'Leary Knot Back Dress valued at $380. It's a gorgeous piece and a classic to add to your wardrobe.


To claim your prize, you must complete all fields of the attached affidavit and have it signed and stamped by an official Notary Public.

Does that mean I will have to pay taxes on this?

Technically, all prizes are to be reported but anything over $600 definitely will be reported by sponsor.
 
Its not really technically, its morally, as an American citizen, you are required to report ALL income, be it tshirt wins or 5,000 wins, they are taxable.
