Lucky Breaks/Rusk Finally!!!

So......I like hundreds of others never received my Rusk Deepshine Oil shampoo and conditioner from the Lucky Breaks sweeps that ended back in Sept. or Oct. After a month of checking Rusk's FB page they finally posted an email address for us to contact which is [email protected] for those of you who still haven't gotten yours. I got a reply saying I'd receive it by Monday and UPS just showed up with it today with a ton of full-size freebies! If you haven't got your prize yet I strongly advise you to email them at the address I posted. They have definitely made up for their mistake by throwing in all the great freebies!


P.S. It may take a little while for them to email you back but they are diligently working to get product out to everyone who won.

Thanks for this post, was wondering just the other day why this hadn't shown up yet. Sent an email to the link you provided, will see what happens.
 
Hubby and I both won and never received our prize. We both emailed the same day asking about it. I heard back but he heard nothing. I wonder if they are only going to honor my win and not his. I don't think it was a one per hh entry because we are very careful about that.
 
I won also and emailed Carina on Jan 30 and have not received a reply yet. I look forward to receiving my prize (and maybe some extra goodies).

Received my Rusk shampoo and conditioner from Lucky Breaks today :headbang: ... but hubby is still waiting. :error: He did received an email last week stating it would arrive in 10 days, so I expect it should be here next monday. Now I don't have to buy shampoo ... and I was just about out! :crazytongue:
