LANDLORDS!!!!!!

I'm understanding these things now. It takes me a while. But I figure it out sooner or later. Weve been here two years, she likes us as renters, because she doesnt have that many problems with us. (Just the cleaning). Where her previous renters had smoking, drinking, parties, dogs, just alot of Lease breaking.
I've been cleaning more and more each day. So its not as hectic to do. I love those mr clean erasers. I've used them on just about everything. Now if they would only work on clothes!!! Daughter loves to get stains on her clothes.

Tide Stain Pen. Keep one on you, in your purse/diaper bag... She spills on herself, hit her with the pen. It will keep the stain from setting.

Cleaning sucks! But, it is so much easier to keep up then to have to face it when you let it go.

You're doing great. Keep up the good work.

 We knew you could do it! Those stain pens are great! You can even teach her to use it herself. If the Tide pen doesn't get it out, I have always found that rubbing Era laundry soap on the stains works wonders. When my son was little, he was the dirt, grass stain, oil stain kid. Our motto was "Era gets out all that Jeff gets into!"

Our daughter gets everything you can imagine on her clothes. I thoroughly spray either "Spray N Wash" or "Shout" on the stains (there's never just one stain) and let it sit for two to three days before laundering. If it's going to come out, that usually does it. Those little bottles of Carbona are great too. They make different ones for different stains.

   Housework is ROUTINE MS TIF.   You are indeed very young. Once you get in the habit of doing it daily or every other day its a HABIT that will come natually to you. It HELPS alot also if you CLEAN up the mess thats happend as soon as its happened. Food spills grab your bottle of bleach or kitchen favorite spray & takes you 2 secs to wipe it rather bathroom or Kitchen. AND you will see your daughter will start COPYING you!!!
