LA Times grand prize STILL NOT DELIVERED.

I am the grand prize winner of the I Saw The Light Sweepstakes sponsored by the LA Times and have not received the prize package yet. I have sent photo ID and a 1099 and have contacted Jason Young via email and phone to no avail. Travel dates were from 5/31/16 to 5/31/17, not only have I missed out on more than 30 days of availability but a lot of the weekends at the hotel listed in the prize have been filled.

Any suggestions on getting this delivered?

Congrats on your win! Why do you think you will miss out on booking? Most often these companies have deals with hotels where they get the booking done. ( please do not add personal emails to posts for privacy reasons )
 
Congrats, great win!! At least you still have a bit more time to get it set up. I would just keep trying and I am sure he will get in contact with you.
 
Yeah that doesn't seem too concerning yet! These kind of companies take forever to get things moving, but definitely keep trying to get in contact. Congrats! :)
 
Once I had an issue with getting a big prize fulfilled, and it turned out the person handling it was fired and no one else was handling it.
 
I'm sorry you are dealing with this difficulty. I understand what you are saying about booking. If you wanted to take this trip in June, you've lost your chance, and next June is outside the window. And now it is mid-July and you still haven't gotten your paperwork. So it looks like another month of the twelve-month booking window will slip by. And I know some people are limited as to when they can take a trip due to work or family responsibilities.

Since you have been following up with Jason Young and nothing is happening yet, I wonder if you could request his supervisor. It sounds to me like he has dropped the ball on this one. Praying it works out for you!
