Kroger What A Deal - Please help

Went to the Kroger to redeem the $50 that i won from their recently closed sweepstakes --- last august 10. Come to find out it wasnt on my account, however, while i was browsing in the Expired Page i find the 50 dollar off purchase for 50 dollars off or more...
any body who wins redeem the 50 dollars? i won it the same day that it was to end...plss help
 
I think you were supposed to "load" it to your loyalty card. Call their corporate office & see what they can do to help - (800) 576-4377. You will need your loyalty card number. Good luck.
 
i already but all they do is ask me a confirmation number about and i told them don't...of course calling has co help....ill try to contact them in the facebook though
