We took our trip to Kissimmee that I won from Country Living Magazine . . . My prize finally arrived (that I won back in September) from Nokia Unwired - includes a cool new cell phone . . . and a surprise win yesterday from StarPulse - a karaoke machine! Perfect for my 11-year-old daughter, although she feels her life is over now that they put rubber bands on her braces and she feels she will never be able to sing again! Hopefully she will get used to them and can try it out this weekend.

Congrats!! I remember having rubber bands in my braces too!!! Next thing she'll know she'll have straight teeth :headbang:

me too, I had rubberbands on my braces. I remember having the put the wax on the braces, because they were cutting up the inside of my mouth. I wore them for 4 years. worth every penny my parents paid. I have a beautiful smile.
 
Congrats ~ I hope your daughter starts to enjoy that prize real soon! Tell her there is life after braces!!!
