Do you have an instant sweeps that won't work for you? Have you updated Macromedia Flash?

TEST:

Adobe - Test Adobe Shockwave Player

Verify which version you have:

Adobe - Flash Player

HomePage:
Adobe: Creative, marketing and document management solutions

- the following links are at the bottom of the page where it says Download Players

Macromedia Flash Player Download Center
Windows

Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions
*Make sure to uncheck if you don't want the Google Toolbar

Shockwave Player Download Center
Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player

Also - make sure you are updated on Java

Go here for Java:
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

If it STILL won't work? Put the pesky site in your allowed:

At the top, click on>TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>SECURITY>TRUSTED SITES>Click on sites button, then type or C&P the site address in add this Web site to the zone then click ok/apply.

Having problem re-entering a daily IW?

Go through the rules!

Now, if there is no link or the link is unusable in the rules?

Just load the rules page and delete the last part of the address - up to the ? mark - and then refresh the page - that will take you right to the log-in/register page with returning players log in link at the top 8)

If Firefox upgraded on you:

blackleatherrainFirefox just upgraded itself on me this week said:
Open up FF & verify java/macromedia again - update as needed, close FF, reboot. 8)

Re: IW/FLASH Sweeps not working? Try this

troubleshooting tips:

Clear all temp files & cookies

Reboot & retry

Try a different Browser - IE, FF, and for the real PITAS, Google Chrome

Try a different computer

If none of these work? It's possible you have a conflict with a program - did you recently add or update?

The latest version of Java is always the recommended version as it contains updates and improvements to previous versions. You can confirm that you have the latest version by visiting the Java Verification page.
Over time, you may have installed multiple versions of Java to run available Java content. In the past, each Java update was installed in separate directories on your system. However, Java updates are now installed in a single directory.

Should I remove older versions of Java?
We highly recommend users remove all older versions of Java from your system.
Keeping old and unsupported versions of Java on your system presents a serious security risk.
Removing older versions of Java from your system ensures that Java applications will run with the most up-to-date security and performance improvements on your system.

How can I remove older versions of Java?
You can safely remove older versions of Java from your system by following the instructions on Java uninstallation instructions for Windows page.

Do I need older versions of Java?
The latest available version is always compatible with the older versions. However, some Java applications (or applets) can indicate that they are dependent on a particular version, and may not run if you do not have that version installed. If an application or web page you access requires an older version of Java, you should report this to the provider/developer and request that they update the application to be compatible with all Java versions.

Perform a one-time deletion of temporary Internet files by going to 'Tools,' clicking 'Internet Options' and finding the 'Browsing History' heading under the 'General' tab. Click the 'Delete' button, then click 'Delete Files.' Click 'Yes' when Internet Explorer asks you if you are sure you want to do this. Your Temporary Internet Files folder is now clear.

having problems with the captcha codes or verification codes missing from contests?

UPDATE your flash player - if that doesn't work? Try using a different browser - MOST but not all sweeps work in Internet Explorer {IE} Firefox {FF} or CHROME - try using a different one from what you usually use, gl!

Entry won't submit:

Click on the page {in a field works best} then hit tab until it gets to the {} field(s) and try typing it in if robo/autofill don't work.

Then hit tab until it gets to the captcha code, then hit tab to get to the enter button & hit ENTER on your keyboard. hth, gl!

Make sure all your browsers are up to date!!!

Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer - Microsoft Windows

Mozilla FireFox
Mozilla Firefox Web Browser ? Free Download ? mozilla.org

Google Chrome

Otheir possible fixes:

Update Java!!!
java.com: Java + You

Update Flash!!
Adobe - Install Adobe Flash Player

Have an updated Virus Program!! Run FULL SYSTEM SCAN!!
Personally I like..
avast! | Download Free Antivirus Software or Internet Security

Try to disable un needed Add-On's for your browser!!

Internet Exploer
Internet Explorer add-ons: frequently asked questions

Mozilla Firefox
Disable or remove Add-ons | Firefox Help

Google Chrome
Manage your extensions - Google Chrome Help

And a quick fix would be to try a differnt browser totally!!! All options here are 100% free with no virus's!
In the end if you try a differnt browser & it still does not work, That would mean it's a system problem & your
best idea would be updating the system with Microsoft & run a virus program.. If you have virus programs that
are expired you can use Ccleaner to remove them!! Highly recomended before installing any otheir Virus Programs..

I am having problems all month long with my sweepstakes pages not fully loading. I have contacted HP, ISP, and Norton, and I also checked the Adobe shockwave Flash player download on this page. Is there anything else on this page I should do? If anyone can help me by telling me what to do I sure would appreciate it. Thanks

Is this happening in IE only? If yes, it is possible you may need to re-install IE - it could be corrupted. OR, it could be your computer, like your video card or something.

If I were you? I'd go to a tech site for help - I like g4tv;

I had a bad lag going earlier so I checked - yep, WINDOWS had an update it wanted me to add!

That's my drill - check to see if there are WINDOWS updates in the queue, if I need to update another program {ADOBE} or it's time to clear temp files/cookies & reboot/reload my browser(s) when my comp starts lagging - it usually rids me of the lag.
