It looks like a ghost town in this section....why?

No one really seems to come over here to general sweepstakes talk much. I feel kind of bad if someone has a question and there is no one to answer it. The winners section is really hopping though....is it just that everyone here is so awesome that they just win and win and don't ever have any questions? :D
 
I don't know the answer but I did come here now because, as you said, "I feel kind of bad if someone has a question and there is no one to answer it." :)

My guesses are that the forum is quieter in general, most people spend their time sweeping, some never visit the forum at all, and the Winner's Circle is the most exciting place for everyone (to post wins, read about wins, congratulate winners, keep motivated because it shows winning is possible...).

Some people do ask questions in Q&A or Tech/Computer Help, or sometimes people ask by posting a comment under a sweeps listing.
 
goldenpaso - IMHO, like sweeps, posting is cyclic. Right now, it's at a low ebb, but come spring/summer, when people have more free time, this place will be hopping again!

Well, hopping is probably too strong - SA'ers don't really "chat" much, preferring to expend their energy on entering - and winning!!!
 
Maybe if the forum topics were highlighted on the front page sort of like the "Winner's Circle" is, we might visit the forum more often.
