Is this lack of wins normal?

Since January 15, I've been entering each day, on average, 150 daily entry giveaways, 40 single entry (expiring) giveaways, and 20-30 Instagram giveaways using 8 tags each. Despite this, I've only won a $15 instant win gift card. Anyone have any idea what I could be doing wrong? I'm using a .edu email, do you think that is bad?

I used to win several prizes each month back when I used to do this in 2017, and I only entered half this amount back then.

It comes in waves I won a ton of prizes including a grand prize in Nov. A few small here and there since and had a huge box of candy just show up at my house this month. Every grand prize I have ever won has been from one entries except two and they were from instant wins. You have the best odds of winning with ones and instants.

I seem to win less these days than years ago. I assume more people are entering now + social media participation + referrals (and IMO more cheating opportunities with multiple created s-media accounts/entries per person). I'm not sure I'd take up sweeping if I were starting today, but it's well burned into my routine now. lol

That said I do still occasionally get some nice surprises. Like $150 in visa gift codes from Pepsi recently. And there's always hope for a big one that makes time seem worthwhile.

Id say theyre definitely getting harder to win with more exposure on social media howeverrr sometimes there are definitely just dry spells. I also havent won anything this month and have won something every month since september and i usually only enter about 40 every day. Im sure you aren’t doing anything wrong, just the luck of the draw, give it time (:

Just because you enter doesn't mean you're going to win. I'd say I win 1%-2% of the sweeps I win...and I'm good with that! With all the entries in sweeps, there's no way I'd ever expect to win all the time...and I'm happy when I do. I agree with another person who said their wins come in waves. Same here. Also, sometimes you may have won something and not know it yet. Last year I was notified in April, but the winning entry had been chosen in February. I now tell myself I've already won something amazing, I just haven't been notified yet! :ROFLMAO:
