Everything seems to be slowing down , not that many entries from the Winner's Circle, Mailman Alert even Freebies , is
it usually like this every year at this time , have people stopped posting or Or my wins just slow ?
 
most people will say its just slow. There are some of course that will say all is well they are winning like crazy. For the rest of us mortals its slow. :laughing:
 
I use to win all the time but, now wins are really slow. My personal opinion is there are more sweepers, hence more competition. Many people don't agree with me though.
 
It does seem that everything is slower now! I need to have my butt kicked for not keeping up with the freebies better (sorry!!), but I have had so much going on...if I posted my May calendar right now it would make your head spin!!!

I think it is a combination of people getting out and getting busy with other things and the fact that there isn't as many sweeps right now!! Hope you win something nice soon!!
 
Not just you I have not had very many wins at all. I agree with miki I think there are more people entering. I am cutting back because it seems like a waste of time. It's the wins that keep me going and with only a few really small things in months and months I am losing interest fast. I am just not the luckest duck in the pond when it comes to sweeping.
 
REALLY slow... but if there are a whole lot of new sweepers that don't win much they'll quit sweeping. Hopefully it'll pick back up soon. I'll keep trying but it really is disheartening when the winning comes to nearly a complete halt! :cry:
 
I logged on to post something about it being slow for me. Now that I see most others are now winning a lot, I feel somewhat better. What I am going to do tonight is have an instant win Marathon, where I get my snacks and enter all the instant wins I can find. Hopefully this will boost my Sweeps Morale.

I will probably have an entering party for myself and my friends. I won $11,000 one year after attending an entering party.

Some major companies have slashed advertising/marketing bugets up to 40%. That will mean less sweeps and more advertising campaigns that are more selective.
 
That just means we will have to sweep smater. Every win this year will a big Woo Hoo for me since they are so hard to come by.
 
It's just a cycle. i used to never ever win. I've been sweeping for about 2 years. Now I do win one or two things a week though I've never won anything wiith more than a $50 value. I've learned to just enter what I really want and during a slow spot in my day. Nothing is more precious than time, right? A lot of people are winning, but they spend all day on it. That's okay if you aren't cutting into family time or becoming sedentary. Woops, I'm preaching.. sorry.. best of luck to everyone!!!!!!!!

That all depends on how the person is entering. If they're still handtyping forms in or even using a basic autofill, it can take all day depending on how many they do and how fast they can get through them. If they're using Roboform Pro, you can go through alot of sweeps in a short period of time. I usually average one prize per day, and I only spend about 3 to 3 1/2 hours on 700+ daily's. Roboform Pro rocks! :headbang:
 
I agree, it has really, really slowed down. I was getting things in the mail daily. Now I'm not receiving anything, and I feel like I'm entering more than ever.

I like Roboform Pro, but there are so many that you can't use Roboform pro. I still spend so much time entering the daily ones.

I'm getting sooooooooooooooooooo bored with sweeps lately - I don't like feeling like this - it's my hobby. I think I need to take a break from it. But then I'm afraid I'll miss some good dailies that have lots of prizes :laughing:

I've begun to notice too that some of the newer instants are one entry per day PER HOUSEHOLD. I wonder if that's the future of the instants??
 
:wave: My wins have slowed way down :cry: Makes me so sad. I also think about taking a break, but then worry I might miss something good. I do believe it is just a luck of the draw, whether you enter once or a thousand times - if you are meant to win, you will. Good luck to all!
