Instant Wins?

Hello Everyone,
Out of curiosity, I am going to ask a question that I have been wondering about. How do SA members feel about Instant Wins? I know I have seen a few comments and I will say outright, I DO NOT like them. Oh Yes, I'm sure part of the reason is, I DO NOT WIN!! I try to "keep my eye" on the Grand Prize but the entry time is so long and without even a small win it seems even longer! Oh well, I just wondered how many feel the same as me and yes, you guessed it, I will keep entering them!

i LOVE them... they are fun and you never know if that time of entry, you're picked for a prize... keep on pluggin away... it's worth it in the end.... it always is :sunny:

I love them... even if frustrating at times when you don't win one for awhile. Me, too...what a thrill to see that instant "Congrats!" screen. I seem to win coupons, small items and gc but the plain money gc's elude me, as of yet. :cry:
 
I can't stand them. :cry: I'm entering about 40 instant wins a day for about 2 months and nothing. The last time I actually won on them was the Wendy's twist game and I won a $2 gift card. But I'm really stubborn and am not giving up until I win something good!! They do have some really great prizes. Good luck everyone, Happy sweeping!
 
Well, I too can't stand them sometime (cuz I don't win!) Then, OMG, bling bling bling .. 3 kid cuisine signs matched in a row diagonally (this is from the Krazy Combo Kash Sweeps)!! That was back on April 19th and they just emailed me saying the $95 Master gift card is on its way. Can't wait to receive my fist instant win :headbang:

I guess I'll just keep playing again...

I guess since I have a love/hate relationship with IW's it's still even, huh? :crazytongue:

Since I've entered really good ones I just couldn't hit on, then after they were over I was told I won {GP & 2nd chance draw - diamond watch & my laptop} I've learned to take the long view, so it's more of a love relationship, really. :whistle:
 
I love them too. I like the instant gratification of knowing I won. Most of my wins are instant wins. depending on economy (like now) and season the prizes vary. I have won some really nice I/W's like $500 Target g/c, a HTC Fuze phone est. ret value was $400.00, XBox 360, etc. But definately since the economy tanked this yr. the IW prizes and actual amount of sweeps avail. did change. Seemingly drastic in amts. esp. during holidays as that seemed to be the greatest sweep season for me. I look forward to it yearly. once the economy rebounds (God willing) I am sure things will pick up again. It just takes consistency. I have gone as long as like 4-5 mos. w/out so much as anything over $10. But a win is a win and I am grateful 'cause they do add up. Keep sweeping. Enter & forget about it and things will happen... good luck!
 
I don't love them, but I don't hate them. I just enter them and move on to the next sweep.

If you worry about what you HAVEN'T won.....then it's not a fun hobby anymore.

I do prefer the 1X only sweeps though. Just enter, move on, and never have to see it again. :laughing:
 
I have a question... When an instant win states 1 prize per person per household..... can we still enter it trying to go for the Grand Prize or will be be disq after we won an instant prize and still continue to enter???

Usually, you can continue to enter. It depends though. There are some that use only the first entry to go towards entry for the grand prize. In that case, you wouldn't enter again. The ones that take each entry towards the grand prize normally allow you to keep entering. I know on some of the ePrize ones, it will even say something like "you have already won a prize, but you have received another entry for the grand prize". You just have to take a look at the rules to see which way they have it set up.
 
I keep trying the IWs and get frustrated with them. They usually take longer for my computer to load and then .... you get the big.....

I personally love instant wins, not only is it instant gratification if you do win, but alot of times there is a grand prize drawing at the end, so you get a second shot at something great. :laughing:
 
...I love the IW's too, this hobby has been an absolute blessing for my household...I hope you too win lots of great prizes!
 
Love them....But have to say could be that I just got back from Palm Beach with Eli and Peyton Manning courtesy of an orea instant win and had a wonderful time in San Diego a few years ago with Maroon 5 at the Hard Rock Hotel courtesy of skittles and just received a big wood dart board from Marlboro sweepstakes and a clue game from Milk from the UPS guy a little while ago... there are dry spells, but it is worth it.
