Angela, first all welcome to SA.
I have won IWS at about every time of day there is.I have won the most between 9PM central and midnight . Of course that is the time I enter the most.
Enter when you can. I am a big believer in mixing it up the time you play and the order you enter the games.
Oh if your interested I have been doing this for thirty years and at the moment I am averaging 10 wins a month.
