I'm embarrassed to admit:

Crayons don't smell like they use to!! Now they smell like someone who hasn't washed their armpits in awhile ~ have you noticed??? Take a whiff sometime ~ it is GROSS!!! I used to love new Crayola Crayons, but now I can't stand to be around them.

BTW ~ I was very anemic when I was pregnant ~ might have had something to do with it!!
 this is so funny,i thought the same thing ...they do!

queen of castle - that's so funny - I had the same problem when I was pregnant with my son...I couldn't stand the smell of meet cooking. My mom was frying up ham steaks (I love ham) and I had to leave the house.

When I was pregnant with my daughter (I had forgotten about the previous episode w/ham) I had an intense craving for a Honeybaked ham. My dear husband drove me about 30 minutes to the nearest shop and we had to get a big ham (as they didn't have any small ones left), so it was pretty expensive. We put it in the oven to warm it a little, and I gagged so bad! Had to give it to my parents. Boy, did I feel bad!

Mtejen, It was so bad I could barely get through cooking dinner. My husband is a real meat and potatoes guy and of course that meant meat at every meal. God Forbid he might have to cook his self something. Kids are easy as long as I had soup and pb+j there were happy.

I also loved chalk when I was pregnant. I still do like it the texture, the grittiness of it. Not as bad now that I am not pregnant.

I also liked matches, the gritt and cruchiness.

Oh I forgot the mention, I am also embarrassed to admit that I take things to itch the inside of my ear. (Bobby Pins, toothpicks -though I don't put them back in my mouth after  , the inside of ink pens, pretty much anything that will fit.

Gosh I sound like a freak.

Did you really eat chalk and matches? Wont that hurt you?

This is a great post to remind you that your not alone in your own craziness. I could and still do drink a vat of coffee but couldn't stand even a smell while pregnant with all 4 kids. Always loved that gasoline smell when the car first starts.

 This is the greatest thread ever! keep em coming. I got one. My house has to be very, very clean but I can have garbage up to my neck in my car. go figure.

I bite my nails.

I sing really loud when I am left alone in the house or car.

I craved ice when I was pregnant...found out that my iron was low.

I sing and dance to embarrass my kids!! They know that if I tell them that I will come to school and do something to embarrass them that I will. I got up in the lunchroom and did the YMCA and the Cha Cha Slide! The other kids loved it, but my kids were ready to die, but they will never forget me. I am limber for a bigger woman!!

ok how bout this one.... I can recite the movie Pulp fiction in its entirety. no one likes to watch it with me because I say what they are gunna say before they say it.

3mnkids1, I'm beginning to think you and I could be movie buddies. lol. I saw Pulp Fiction 13 times in the theater. I honestly doubt I go a day without quoting one thing or another from that movie.

As for something embarrassing about myself...

I still own that Milli Vanilli album, and I like it!

I have in my possession a Backstreet Boys lunchbox. I could explain why and when I got it, but the fact that I STILL have it is embarrassing to this 35 year old male.

I hold extended conversations with myself during which I use different voices for added effect. What? I get bored easy!

Well I guess it would if I ate like a bucket, but I just took a nibble every now and then. Not so much with the matches just did that once or twice but not when I was pregnant. Then my thing was more dried red dirt/mud and I also liked chalk.

Hey it could be worse! At least it's not a New Kids On The Block lunchbox!

My house has to be very, very clean but I can have garbage up to my neck in my car. go figure.

Ok now we're talking! Finally getting to the nitty gritty stuff. That's more like it. :crazytongue:

This thread is [glow=red,2,300]FUN[/glow]! :headbang:

Blame it on the rain. Thanks! Im singing it now. I love that song. we deffintly like the same kinds of movies. I think there is a quote from any tarantino movie for just about all situations  do you do accents too? I can never get the english accent right.

ok I will add my weirdness to this thread
I craved ice with all my kids like 5 or more cups of it per meal lol

My first I craved cheese and would sit and eat a lb of it during the course of a movie lol and I wondered why I put on almost 50 lbs that time

The twins I craved grapefruit and would eat 5 lbs of it a day if I had it in the house but I had to peel it and also peel the membrane off each section too. I only put on 50 lbs with the twins and I can not stand grapefruit now

When pmsing I will go to extremes to clean things that noone will ever see like door hinges yep I will remove my doors to clean them lol I have also gotten up and scrubbed my attic floor once too The undersides of sink basins, phone buttons and electrical box insides have also gotten my attention. And the funny thing is I could have a sink of dishes and laundry up to my wazoo and not even think of cleaning those that week. lmao

I am a nail biter unless I have polish on them but my nails are hardly ever long enough to put polish on them. As a kid I used to bite the toe nails too but I stopped doing thankfully. I can just imagine what a person looks like all twisted up to get their foot to their mouth and its a funny picture lmao

I forgot to add I still own vanilla ice tape and have listened to it within the last year

"ice ice baby"

and mc hammer too lmao

add me to the millie vanilli song enjoyers as well
ok now I will have to see if any mp3 services even have that since I am not lucky enough to own it

holy smokes I am weirder then I thought
I thought my having pink, manson, randy travis, and 2 live crew in my mp3 player in that order was weird. lol

I want to see the newbies answers to this one...come on ~ don't be shy now

Well, I'm not a newbie, and I have noticed that I can be a topic killer in these threads...but I'll answer anyway!

The movies I can recite line by line: "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" and "Sixteen Candles". I also love "Evil Dead II" and can't watch "Grease" or "Oklahoma" without singing along.

I can recite Grease and Sixteen Candles...

What's happening hotstuff!

Didn't want to leave all the old timers out, but I always loved this thread, so I wanted to bring it back and see some new answers!

Oh my god, I'm laughing so hard right now at these things. I dont know of anything weird for me. Except open doors, I cant stand a door to be open (unless its supposed to be). Cabinets, cupboards, dishwashers, fridges, hutches, medicine cabinets...shut the doors!!

You just wanted to see what I would add

You are all certifiable  I'm surprised someone hasn't admitted to eating their own poop!

Speaking of poop, I will admit that I can smell a dirty a$$ 10 feet away without the wind blowing. If you haven't bathed and have dropped a deuce I will know
