I won! But I need your help!

So I won a $50.00 sony gift card and a LYcan T-Shirt. I am not sure what Sweeps this was.
It only stated that I won in the letter I recieved in the mail on Saturday and stated on Behalf
of Sony Cierge. Does anyone know what sweeps this was. Any help would be appreciated.
