I've tried to enter the 2x and it will not work for me. I guess I am just not understanding how to do this. Boy do I feel stupid. I know it's probably one simple thing I am forgetting to do. All step by step directions will be helpful. Thank You in advance.
 
After you enter the code from the product, a pop-up will ask for where you purchased the item and to enter the shown captcha code. There is also a space for a bonus code, if you have one, which is what you need to double the points of your product code.
