I won and they suspended my code too. I wrote to them but haven't got a reply.

Tough language. They make it sound like he's a criminal! I haven't won on Camel this year but if I do and get this message I will be making some inquiries.

I didn't receive replies from Up2U either. I complained to Camel and they sent me a check. Received it in less than 2 weeks. Hope this helps.

I had problems with them also. I emailed [email protected]. Be sure to sent name, address, email address, and phone number. At first you will get auto response. It took me 3 emails and calls to Camel (it is recorded) almost 2 weeks before they got it straightened out. It's true, if you don't contact them like email, you will not get you're money.

Takes a lot of time to enter these things. This makes me glad I'm not a smoker! I can't ever enter any tobacco sweeps because they always say you MUST be a smoker or a chewer. LOL! They usually have great prizes! I'm sorry this happened to any of you that it has. Bummer!

If I was a smoker, I'd switch to Marlboro sweepstakes right away and let those Camels know you did and why you did it!!

I know plenty of sweepers who wouldn't *ever* think to lie/cheat to enter a sweeps, yet they still discount the possibility that they could get in trouble after swearing they use tobacco when they really don't.

FinCEN (the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the United States Department of the Treasury) deals with fraud - did you/your DH tell your health insurance company you are a non-smoker?

With the advent of ObamaCare {the Affordable Care Act} and the synergy {for the gov't, mostly} of all of our records online, if they haven't looked at this yet, I'm sure they will!
