Been reading the rules, eh?
Smart move.
“Unique Brand Presentation” is basically the same as “Creative Presentation”, except it usually is used in magazine sweeps. I suggest you Google “sweepstakes creative presentations”. You’ll find many explanations.
Briefly, there are two or more participating sweeps that are giving away the same main prize. There may be smaller secondary prizes for each individual sweep, but there is only ONE main prize.
At award time, one sweep is selected and the winner is chosen from that sweep. If there were 50 participating sweeps and you entered all of them except one and the one you didn’t enter is the one chosen then you can’t win.
If the generic term “unique brand presentation” or “creative presentation is used” then you have no way of tracking down all of the participating sweeps.
Meredith Corp. and Time Life are two magazine publishers. They usually identify the participating sweeps in the rules. You know who they are, so you can enter them all. Very few other magazine publishers follow their lead.
Pick a number and it’s possible that there could be that many sweeps participating in a “creative presentation”.
Personally, I pass on ‘em all unless they list the participating sweeps in the rules.
