How long does it usually take to receive cash winnings?

The obvious answer is that it all depends on the sponsor and specific sweepstakes. Is it written anywhere in the rules? Why not just ask the person that you have been dealing with in relation to the sweeps? Just a nice followup email should be fine. Congrats on your win.
 
I recall many of these sorts of contests to state 6-8 weeks from notification, but you would want to check the rules/correspondence of your specific sweep and send a polite inquiry to the company or promotional-group involved if it's after their stated timeline. I had one instance years ago where both parties (company/promo-group) thought the other was sending prize, so eventual follow-up soon after specific time-period is fine.
