How do I get old email address off of referral sign up?

after all this time I realized that the referral sign up has my old email which is at least a year and half old.
I have never referred anyone until recently and now worried about old email address.
When I log into SA I don't need email address so didn't realize email address.
I get the daily SA news letters at my new email.
Should I be worrying?
Maybe I'v won contest and never received emails.
Any advice?
