How do I create a signature?

Hello Im Tina and new here to SA. Can anyone please give me kindergarden level directions to create a signature? I just cant seem to figure it out

tinastorm - It's not you - it's that only PLUS members may have a siggy - admin stated

This option was removed from SA because it was being abused by spammers.
