How can I get members to read my vote request ,

I dont think there's any magic answer to this question unfortunately.
It looks like to me that fewer people visit that section. I've been gone from the forum/sweepstakes for awhile and it seems like that section of the forum is not as active as it used to be. its not as active as it used to be.
You can try putting your vote request in your signature (I think you can do that?)
And going through that section and voting for others and asking that they vote for you as well.
