I won this back in September and i'm really happy about it except that I cannot get them to send my 1099MISC form. Legally they are supposed to be mailed out by January 31st. I have emailed numerous times and the only response I get is that they will contact the sponsor. I recently emailed and ask if I could have a telephone number to call and try to speak with someone but no response. Does anyone know what I should do? It says the sponsor is Jim Beam Brands co. I was thinking of trying to contact them directly on Facebook. Would that be the same as Jim Beam that makes whiskey? I am at a loss what to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have never had a problem receiving a 1099 in the past.

I filled out paperwork with my SSN. The IRS will be notified and eventually they would contact me about it. I don't want them to come after me.

it doesn't work like that in the program that i use. It will not advance with the tax ID number. I ended up getting a tax professional to prepare for me. Sad that I had to pay when I could have done it myself. This is the first time I ever had a problem getting one.

well try having company send you 1099 for $15,000 contest Grand Prize won year before but there was no fulfillment ~~ they DIDN'T send the prize !!!
