Herbal Essence Sweep problem

I can't seem get registered for the Herbal Essence sweep and I've tried for the last couple days. It keeps telling me not all fields are filled in, but they are! Is anyone else having this problem?

try clicking in all the info by hand... see if that works....

Several people have reported this as a problem, but it seems to work for most of us. Since it's so much like their last promo, I'm wondering if it's a cookie issue. Try dumping temp files and cookies to see if that will clear things up and let you enter.


Or it could be you need to update java? :scratch:

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM POSTED IT YESTERDAY , TRIED EVERYTHING SUGGESTED NO LUCK, Ii AM GOING TO EMAIL COMPANY TO SEE WHAT IF ANYTHING THEY CAN DO.
