The NJ girl.. I cant remember her name. The brunette. . Well, matt cut the tip of his thumb off and then they couldnt find it. They did show a skillet filled with little pieces of meat and Im quessing it went in there.
opcorn: Jen went to the boys team. The boys(and jen) lost the challenge because of louross(sp) but won the dinner service. Thats pretty much it. The usual yelling and screaming by ramsey. Over cooked steak, undercooked steak and backstabbing on the girls team.

Matt isn't going for a while. They need someone you to root against. THey'll keep him for probably 3 more unless they get rid of the whole woman's team, which is what I guess will happen next week.
I went threw the auditions and my bf and I were picked for Amazing Race. So, I know what they are looking for in these shows.

Why is Matt still there? I think its all about ratings. People hate him so they want to keep him around as long as possible. There is no way he is going to win. He cant cook, He is stupid and the faces he makes are just bizarre. He always looks on the verge of tears. what a baby.
From the previews next week should be his last. He is finally showing what a nut job he is. Then jen will go. I like her spunk but she is starting to be a big Witch. I think either christian, or the other guy.. starts with a P I think. wears glasses. wth is his name? :scratch: anyway, one of them will win.

Petrozza. YOu know, I did not like Bobby at first. That's changing cuz of JEN! I felt bad for Louross. He certainly added some "flavor" to the show. His spunky funkiness is much easier to take than Jen's. How do ya feel about the red team?poor louross.

Thanks for the name. that was driving me crazy. :laughing: I like the younger blonde. I dont like the older one with short hair. she is a witch. Bobby is alright but he is always talking about how great he is and that bugs me. I think the younger blonde or petrozza will win.

Matt sweating. Oh my god, I thought I was going to barf. Flamer's BF use to work in a very high end steak restaurant to the stars in LA. There was a time when some guy there who had Hep cut himself and kept working.
Its amazing more folks don't get very sick :nono:
I told folks before this, I know they will keep Matt for a long time.. just to keep viewers watching and pissed off that he hasn't gone. :laughing:

They are all backstabbers who attack each other. I can't stand the two blondes. Both seem to do poorly at the more important stations and yet are not really in danger of being thrown off.
Let's be honest, when Matt and Jen go, then we will see who can really do their jobs well.
I liked Lou Ross. He was very young and didn't have the cooking ability but at least he was someone who tried very hard.. probably too hard with the fish last week but...

The funniest part was when Chef had the three of htem and goes to each one, why should you stay? The girls both talked about themselves.. Matt talked about how everyone picked on him, how he had a migrane.. you MORON, you are still blaming everyone else instead of saying why YOU SHOULD STAY?
Petrozza had a great line.. "Ill be happy when he's out of the state" (paraphrasing but it's great). Matt really needs therapy.
Personally, Petrozza is disgustingly dirty and Bobby isn't a good chef. And neither woman can run a kitchen. Being a uneducated, unprofessional bitch with NO ability will never get any guy to listen to you.
If I was Chef, I would fire them all. None of them in my opinon have the right to run a kitchen and get paid $250,000.
NONE have shown that they are executive chefs.
It would be a kick int eh butt if he fired them.
next week should be interesting.. lying and cheating... hmmmm :nono:

I don't think any of them are chef material either. not in a fancy place anyway. denny's sure. :laughing: I was surprised that bobby got the boot and not jen. Her attitude is awful. I think christin will win.. the younger blonde. I dont care for the other woman. She is a real witch.

None of them left have the ability to LEAD.
Teaching someone to cook is no big deal. A monkey can learn to cook. But teaching leadership is NOT an ability.. it's a gift.
I owned a business and none of the ones left would have worked for me in a management position.. especially not Jen or Christina.
I did read that Chef Gordon has a clause that he can fire them at any time.

Not shocked it's down to Christine and Petrozza. I think Gordon likes Christine better becuase he can pretty much run her. lol.
I personally think Corey got screwed :cussing: She wasn't the best but Christine screwed up too much cooking, which she has done all along, for any good chef to respect her enough to listen to her.
I am sure she'll win and in a few months, we'll find otu she got fired. lol

At this point, I think he should tell 'em all to $#@% off and burn all their jackets. Start over maybe? I can see him saying that it's the worst group he's had and he's throwing the lot of them out.
