START AND END DATES. Sweepstakes begins at 11:59pm Pacific Time ("PT") on February 13, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm PT on May 14, 2009.
3. HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Necessary. Enter at fox.com/hellskitchen by linking to the registration page and entering all necessary information, including your full name, age, e-mail address and phone number with area code. Only online entry is permitted. Limit one entry per person and per e-mail address. If multiple entries are received, only the last will be eligible. Multiple entries or entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Each e-mail entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the e mail address identified in the entrant's entry. Sweepstakes winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered via e-mail, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e mail account governing the e mail address was opened. One winner per household. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with the official rules including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotions agencies and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents will not be responsible technical or human errors in transmission of, or receipt of, telephone calls and/or miscommunication, as well as for technical or human errors in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alterations of email entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from submitting an email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. All entries and information become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All information collected from you is being collected by Sponsor whose privacy policies will apply thereto, to be used solely in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with applicable law. All entries must be received by 11:59pm PT on May 14, 2009.
4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS. The week of May 18, 2009, Four (4) Grand-prize winners and twenty-eight (28) Secondary-prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received for a total of thirty-two (32) winners. The selected winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone within 7 business days. The selected winners will be required to respond to the winner notification by e-mail and/or telephone within 48 hours (2 business days) of attempted notification and, in such response, must provide his/her full name, complete mailing address, phone number including area code and date of birth to be eligible to receive prize. Selected winners must also meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules including, without limitation, residency and age requirements. The failure to respond timely and completely to the winner notification will result in forfeiture of the prize, and in such case, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner will be selected randomly from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to meet the eligibility requirements; or (iii) cannot accept or receive a prize for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.
5. PRIZES: Four (4) Grand-prize packages, each consisting of one (1) iPod Touch® 8GB Portable music player, one (1) Hell's Kitchen game iPod Touch application code and one (1) Hell's Kitchen branded hat. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize package is $250. Twenty-eight (28) Secondary-prize packages consisting of one (1) Hell's Kitchen game iPod Touch application code and either one (1) Hell's Kitchen branded hat or one (1) Hell's Kitchen branded BBQ apron . The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Secondary Prize Package is $21.00. Winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize, and cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting any prize, winners consent to the use of their likeness, photograph, name, or voice for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media worldwide (including winner list) by the Sweepstakes Entites, without additional compensation or notification.
opcorn: Ramsey was apoplectic...smashing plates, throwing food at the chef trainees, extensive use of the "F" word (which, btw, is also another show by Ramsey), calling one of them a fat cow, etc. He was so animated at one point, I thought for a moment he was going to sprout wings, levitate off the ground, and then fly around the kitchen attacking the trainees by pecking furiously at their faces. :laughing:

so disappointed. I guess the spam situation explains why I don't seem to win much after more than a year! I'm considering dropping out as I have dial-up (rural area) and it takes me a long time to enter the contests. However, I'm constantly amazed how many people seem to win often and wish everyone the best of Luck!!!
