Only after you have been a member for 2 weeks, you can post your referral link - and you can post it only in the Referral & Vote Request section of the forum.

Post your ask thread - include the name of the contest/sponsor, end date, how often we can vote, and a direct link. NO shortened links please. If you MUST post a shortened link? Include the links to the sponsor/contest.
So your title will look like this:
DATE: *{month}/{day}* VOTE FREQUENCY: 1x, 1x per IP, Daily, Daily {24 hr} etc. SPONSOR/CONTEST TITLE: {sponsor}.com/SA title, etc.
EXAMPLE: *5/31* (midnight) 1x like Nat Photo Month"
