Ok so about 2 years of sweeping and I may have won 2 small prizes and one large one which I couldn't accept cause I had no room in the house (that mistake was on me :nono:  ) anyway days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months that I stopped sweeping completely cold turkey so to speak ~LOL~ and so now I'm back here again.... any new advice/game plans you guys could suggest besides the usual "you got to be in it to win it" ~LOL~

so boys & gals you think I have any shot of winning anything in the last month & a half of 2009...(minus those aggravating instants that I ALWAYS bypass of course :) )

p.s. been job hunting for 3 years and no luck that's why I stop sweeping felt like my focus was swaying a little more towards the thrill of landing a prize course that didn't happen at all

First, good luck with your job hunt. I hope something happens soon with that for you.

Second, I just follow the advice of Amyshulk which is enter and forget it. I enter for things I want, but limit myself to about 100 saved sweeps. Of those, I get to about half of them every day. I do all of the new one entry sweeps the day they come out, so I don't even need to think about those anymore till I get a huge win in my mailbox.

I actually love the instants, especially those that have larger grand prizes, too, because then even if I don't win instantly, I can still possibly win a larger prize.

I don't think there is a way to win more--I have just noticed that some folks are quite lucky, and others don't win as often (unless they don't post as often). It's just luck of the draw, for the most part.

You could also try some of the "skill" contests, like recipe, picture, etc., because fewer people enter those, and it's less random of an event to win.

At any rate--best of luck to you, and best of luck with the job search. I hope to see you posting in the winners circle soon!

Seems that I won more with my old computer than the one I have now. I have more secutity in place on this one. Also, The turn in the economy happend about the same time. More people sweeping and Buss. not giving away as much. I'm starting to lose intrest. If it weren't for the numerous wins from Coke Sweepstakes, I'd be gone.

:sunny: First of all "Welcome Back"! My sweepers code has always been be persistant, consistant and patient. Then enter for the prizes that you really would like to win. I love the instant wins. The payouts are usually more frequent than any of the other categories and more prizes are offered. If time is a factor just do the expiring today. Many a prize winner has won by doing a sweep on the last day.

Best of luck to you!
