HAVE YOU EVER:

Have you ever (recently) won a big prize contest without jumping through ALL of their hoops? For example, many sweepstakes now want you to enter through multiple sites: Get entries through fb, twt, IG, refer a friend, sign up for emails, watch a youtube video, etc. It goes on and on. I don't have a twt acct and I don't check my IG acct, so I don't use those methods. I read on one site recently where someone won the Disney Riviera cruise and she had entered in every way they asked. I wonder if you can still win if you don't? Is it really random or selective? I don't want to waste my time entering a contest daily if there's really no way to win. So I'm just wondering if any of you have actually won a big prize on a sweepstake that asks for you to enter multiple ways to get entries but you only did a few of them?

The ONLY reason I have a FB account is for those companies that insist on using it.
I HATE FB.
I'm being driven to stop sweeping just to get away from that privacy black-hole.
(what makes Zuck think he is so entitled?)

I have to be quite honest I miss sweepstaking when there wasn't any "social media" type platforms to jump through so many hoops to win nice prizes.

As a sweepstaker I find sticking to one entry type sweepstakes through the company's website is enough for me, although occasionally if the prize is something I really look forward to or really want I will go through whatever steps are ncessary to win the prize I really want.

I go through lulls when I sweepstake. I start and stop once in awhile because as an alzheimer's caregiver I don't have the time to afford every day to sweepstaking, though when I go through sleepless nights I find myself sweepstaking once in a blue moon late at night.
