I won at the begining of July, but have not received my prize. Perhaps I should give it a few more weeks. It may be taking 10 weeks.

it's usually 8-10 weeks after the sweepstakes ends not after you win. So the conest doesn't end until 9/15. Then it could be 8-10 weeks or more!

Patience is key in this hobby!
