I was notified today I won a Hamilton Beach® Air Fry & Grilling Oven, instructions are to go to their website add the item to my cart and add a promo code to zero out the amount. I've tried so many times and it's not working.

Has anyone else won from Hamilton Beach and were given the same instruction to claim the prize?
 
I got this winning email too. I found a sweepstakes for it that ended around September 12th. I went to their Instagram page and about 5 other people left comments saying that they received this email too. I'm guessing something went wrong as the rules stated only one winner.

Oh no! I hope they honor it, was really looking forward to this great win.
 
Probably a glitch. I received the same email and the code didn't work. I tried again and it said the code had already been used.
 
It's unfortunate that it was a glitch. I reached out to HB yesterday, they replied back that it was an error. They offerred 20% any product.

Yes, and when I emailed them about it, they told me I received the email by mistake and gave me a 20 % off coupon instead. I emailed them back asking how to obtain the name of the winner.

I received the same email. Then I got one saying that they made a mistake. And showed my the true winners. I wasn't one of them. Lol
