Update- After several days of getting the run around, I was emailed the affidavit and able to claim the Grand Prize. Thanks to Amy and everyone who offered up suggestions!
On December 27th I was notified via text that I was selected as a potential Grand Prize winner in the Epic Sony Game Room Sweeps. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: PlayStation4 Pro; two (2) PS4 Games (ESRB rated “Mature 17+”); 2.1ch Soundbar with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Technology HT-CT800; 4K ultra HD Blu-Ray Player UBP-X700; PlayStation VUE CORE Subscription for one (1) year (at end of 1 year period subscription will expire and must be renewed by winner at his/her sole expense); and 49” X900F 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. If a potential winner cannot accept the prize in its entirety, they must forfeit the prize, without compensation from Sponsor and an alternate may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,659.82. I was so excited until I realized the affidavit link included in the notification text was broken and did not work. I've reached out to the fulfillment company for further assistance with claiming the prize, so far they haven't been too helpful. I only have 14 days to claim the prize. Any other suggestions from my fellow sweepers on how to claim the prize would be greatly appreciated? This is my first big win in almost three years, would hate to forfeit due to something beyond my control.

Be very persistent. Be very Polite. Even if promises are given without forms, remember to call twice daily.

There are typically two companies involved in a sweepstakes. The Sponsor (S C Johnson) and the Administrator/Promoter (PrizeLogic). Usually the Sponsor lacks the knowledge of the Federal and various State sweepstakes laws, so they hire a Promoter/Administrator to design the sweepstakes and manage it. The Sponsor provides the prize(S), and the Promoter acts as the Fulfillment Co. that awards and send out the prize(s). PrizeLogic is a Promoter and has been around for years. If you check the rules for the various sweeps you enter, you'll usually find a Promotion Co. listed. ePrize, Don Jagoda, Marden-Kane and Ventura Associates are other Promotion companies that you may find, although there probably are hundreds of them in the US.

i had this happen to me as well once on a trip you have to get on them alot call call call keep calling them send emails send emails and yes post on facebook wish you all the best but don't give up that's a great prize

Don't give up. Eventually, they will help you claim your prize.
Calls and emails daily to them should get their attention!!

Wow... good gravy, I hope they pull through on their end and you get the prize. You would think that with such a large prize, they would have a lawyer contact you first and state that he is sending you the affidavit (that is what happened when I won my one and only huge prize - it was painless). If you want help, it's always a good idea to post the correct name of the sweep from the rules - (Epic Sony Game Room Sweepstakes); the name(s) of the Sponsor(s) - (Crackle Inc., Culver City, Cal and Mark Anthony Brands, Chicago, Il) and the name of the Promoter/Administrator - (Hello World, Southfield Mi).


The more info you provide, the greater the probability that someone will try to help.
