GRAND PRIZE - TRIP to cma fest - excited, worried - advise?

I was notified on May 11Th that I won a trip to Nashville Ten compliments of opry.com. I worked out child care, and vacation time and accepted the trip the following day. Our flights were booked on May 18Th. So far I have received NO additional information about our hotel room or event tickets. I have written opry.com twice since and have not received additional information. I'm worried about getting there and not having a place to stay! This is my first trip win - any advise??? Thanks!

P.S. We leave on June 7TH!
 
I have gotten some details and tickets at the last minute from trips that I have won. Did you send back all the paperwork they sent you? Also reread the emails you have received.. I have been so excited about winning that I have missed things.
 
I just received an email from opry.com. She is going to mail out the tickets and confirmation number to the hotel room today or tomorrow. Mail? With less than a week from when we leave? Wow - they have more faith in the USPS than I do. Hopefully things will work out. Thanks for the reply!
 
Have you tried calling them? You must have had to sent a notarized affy back, right? There should be a contact name and/or number. Failing that, Google them and start with a general number - don't wait on email replies at this point!!!

I wouldn't do it - why can't they Fed-ex it to you? If they won't, offer to pay for it - sounds like it would be worth it to you, peace-of-mind wise.

:crazytongue: That is definitely cutting it close. They could have at least emailed the hotel confirmation number. Try not to worry and have faith that everything will work out perfectly. You are going to have a fantastic time!
