Grand Prize from Family Dollar

Wow! I just opened a FexEx envelope and learned that I am a Grand prize winner in the P&G.Com/Family Dollar Make A Championship Run Sweepstakes. I had never received an email about this, so it was a total shock. The prize is a 42-inch Panasonic HDTV. My jaw dropped so low that an elephant could have flown in.

Our bedroom television is an ancient hunk o' junk, and a replacement TV has been discussed and rejected because we could not afford it. This is such a great prize! Thanks, SA! Thanks, Lord! When hubby gets home, he will be so impressed that my sweepstaking "hobby" has paid off again!
 
Congrats on a great surprise! Still waiting for my big win. To Stormvikki - in my case, it's my wife that thinks I'm wasting time doing this - until of course, I get a nice gift card - THEN it's a different story, but she still backslides until I get another one.

My husband likes to joke around about my sweeping "hobby," but he was pretty happy about the three nice vacations we had last year for free (Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York City). I told him that if he doesn't stop making snide remarks about the "hobby," I may take somebody else on the next vacation trip I win. Just kidding, of course. Unless George Clooney is available. :laughing:
 
Congrats! My husband was always skeptical of my wasting my time on contests, until I started winning things. Keep on sweeping!
 
Congratulations! I was blessed to win a 42'' HDTV last fall that arrived just in time for NASCAR at Daytona. You will love it. But, you won it, you get the remote!
