you do not need to do anything to claim your point (no ID ect) as the 500 points are added automatically to your account. Smatiry is working on the issue so that those claim emails won't be send out anymore. Hope this helps.
 
I won the same thing... and just sent them an email.. they said that there is no need to do anything.. and we shouldn't have gotten the "claim" email. The entries are automatically added to our total :)
 
I went to the Smartify Prize Management Page and it is the same page that Oberto jerky used in a prior sweeps. I tried to redeem my code entries and they were not listed on the prize page. You have to register for an account with smartify. I sent an e-mail to the help desk and they e-mailed me back that they will get back to me soon. I don't think that they are going to require an affy, that is probably for the prizes with larger $ amounts.
