Just won trip to Bristol, TN for NASCAR race Aug 18th. Never been to a race & always wanted to win a trip. So it will be fun! Plus its right in the Smoky Mtn National Park, so plan on bringing my fishing pole & fishing.

Congrats! The Great Smoky Mtns. park is about an hour and 45 minute drive from Bristol. Not sure where you are coming from, but if you can stay in the area until August 21st you will be here when the solar eclipse takes place. Outside of Knoxville will be in the path of totality for the rare event.
