Is anyone else having issues opening sweepstakes managed by Gleam? On each one I try to open I get a "403 Forbidden: error message. I have even tried their main web page and get the same error message.

Yes, I gave up on them. I would enter daily and it would still say I had 0 entries.
This could be that you are not always logged in or they are disqualifying your entries. It's hard to know for sure because of all the possible issues.
