I received this email a few days ago and cannot get the form to download. I downloaded the adobe reader like the email suggests. I have emailed them three times allready letting them know I am having problems...it just brings up a blank page. I have not got any response back except the automatic generated one stating that they have received my email etc. I am not sure what to do next..the five day limit is fast approaching. Does anyone have any suggestions for me please?

I would do what cybertrike said. Only I would use a friend's computer not the public library or any public computer for something like this. If it doesn't work on their computer it has to be an invalid download they sent you. Good luck.
 
You might try using another web browser, I like to use Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
 
Wow! Congrats!!! You can use the computer at the library for free or even Kinkos!!! Hope it works out for you b/c it's a great prize!!!! Good luck!!!!
 
Not an expert but uninstall it then download it again,install with everything closed and then reboot you're computer.Hope this helps.
 
What internet browser are you using? You should try to open it in Explorer &/or Mozilla FireFox. Is your pop-up blocker on, maybe preventing you from being able to download it?
 
Congratulations, and also so sorry you are having such a hard time getting the required docs. Please let us know if you were able to do it. I really wanted that phone, but I'm glad a SA member won it! Congratulations again! :cheers:
 
Wow that is an awesome win!!! Very happy for you. I would forward the winning email with the attachment to a friends or relatives computer and try opening it there. Good luck and Congratulations :cheers:

Congratz! (Maybe try forwarding it to another one of your email addresses? Could it be the service you're using is blocking it? Also check the Adobe website for the FAQ page.) Good Luck!
