First win and loss of the 2009

This morning was playing a caffeine instant win game, got 3 lemons, hit continue, got you won a $25. Pier1 gift card. Then waited all day for the email confirmation that never came. What a bummer. Haven't won an instant in a long time.
 
dont give up.. The email may still come. Make sure you check your spam folder.. I havent played those in ages but when I was and actually won this was the email.. [email protected] so just keep your eye out.. oh, congrats :laughing:
 
Congrats to you--and don't worry about the confirmation email too much--don't they usually just say that you don't need to do anything else but wait for your prize? I also don't play Caffiene anymore because there were so many of them and I never won!

I love Pier 1 and would love to win a GC for them.
 
CONGRATS!!! I sure you won, but just don't look for your prize anytime soon. Eprize is really slow they normally mail out the prize 6 to 8 weeks after the whole game is over and they don't always respond to emails for some reason. Look at it this way, when you finally get it, you will probably have forgotten that you had won it and it will be like winning all over again.
 
Congrats. I've had the "instant" email notification come as many as 3 or 4 days later. In fact, for my big Mastercard win, I had to contact them first before I got the email. I've also had ones that said I'd get an email, never did, and got the prize anyway.
 
Congrat's on your win. Its great to see someone from SA actually win on those IW.

I had to contact Lipton when I won a 25.00 GC. I never got an email so I emailed them and turnes out I was a winner so if you dont get an email it never hurts to try and contact the company.
