Finally a big win... can't accept it. Tears here.

Thank you +amyshulk. I really appreciate that, a lot!

I'm so happy you are able to take what I wrote in the way I meant it - I spent the 1st 6 months very unhappy, and once I realized I was causing my unhappy state, I decided to create a *better* reality - being positive is why, almost 10 years later, I still LOVE this hobby, and continue to enter, even when my losing slump has me frustrated & disappointed too!!!

I took tips from other sweepers and created:

The Sweeper's Credo:

Enter and forget it.

Always be happy for those who win - even when they win "your" prize - and be positive you will win.

Sweeping is a hobby that is all about timing. Especially for those elusive instants! IF you enter at the exact right moment, you will win.

If not? Sad to say you won't. But I assure you - it's nothing personal, and those who win a lot don't have any "secrets" - they are just consistent, persistent, and patient.

I really believe that if you go into it thinking you can't win, well, you'll MAKE yourself right so often you'll start believing it!!!

I truly do believe you have to have a positive attitude - don't get hung up on what others are doing - just focus on entering, then move on to something else - like posting so we can get to know you!!!

So hang in there - and enter, enter, enter - and you'll be posting a win before you know it!!! And remember - every day brings new opportunities to win!!!

Wow. thank you all so much for the encouraging words. My husband read thru them with me and said he was touched that so many of you would take the time to give me a lift. I honstly feel waaay better than I did earlier today. It was very, very nce for me to read such positive words. Thank you . I am gonna double down, switch my times and keep going. I figure I spend around 4-5 hours a day now- I can do more as I'm housebound a lot, I'm going to add more time to this hobby and remember what some of you said. It WAS a win after all, and maybe it was the breakthru that means my luck has changed! Right? RIGHT!!!!

i am sorry to hear that my hubby lost his job back in sept 2012 and he started to do sweeps now i am not saying this to rub it in to anyone but hope it gives others hope since sept 2013 until dec 2013 he has brung in over 45 k worth of wins ranging from money to trips to movies to you name it. he spends over 10 hours a day just like he did at work he has only missed one day and that was on a saturday when we was in vegas (a trip he won) just keep doing what you do i'm not saying you'll do the same but just don't give up he stays at it 7 days a week he use to do the IWG around 1-2 am CST and use to win alot of iwg's now he does them during the day and does not win too many IWG's but he does clean up and other sweeps.just don't give up hope and enter the one's you like and the one's you can use my hubby enter's everything that he can find like i said he put's in about 10 hours a day. i wish you all the best i really do it'll come your way just don't give up hope ok? hang in there

How in the world is he finding that many to enter to win like that? Especially right now I'm having a hard time finding 2 hours worth of sweeps to enter.

Just go through SA's daily lists, bookmark them (or however you like to keep track), and it will not take long to work up to ten hours a day. By the end of 2013, before a lot of my sweeps ended, I was probably at 4 hours a day, and that was ONLY sweeps I really wanted to win, a prize I wanted for myself or a family member. If I opened the floodgates to entering ALL sweeps, oh my gosh, it would be round the clock, neverending, 24/7 sweeping. I enter regular sweeps, facebook sweeps, twitter, instagram, and pinterest, and it keep me busy!!!
