Once again I submit my displeasure about eprize, with the hope that they see my comments. I won a $50 Best Buy GC in the Kaplan In It to Win IT sweeps that ended 9/30/2008. I have yet to receive this prize and, have sent 5 emails to them, with no response to date. I have called them, only to get an automated program that tells me to contact them via email if I have a problem with receiving a prize. Round and round, with no way to resolve. Does anyone know how to call them and get a live body on the other end ? Thanks
 
I've won hundreds of times from ePrize through the 10+ years I have been online sweeping, and I've gotten every prize from them.

In general, they take a long time to get prizes out. Any inquiries I have made have been by responding to the email prize notification. They almost always respond within so many days. However, on same prize wins that no one has received after awhile and have inquired about, I notice that they will not respond to them until they receive the prize for distribution. One time, it two over two months before they responded, and others were posting getting the same response; and the prize arriving within a week from the late response.l
 
:sunny: LDS is correct. I have also been sweeping for over 10 years. If Eprize hasn't shipped the prize it is because they have not received it. Eprize has never let me down. Just be patient, your prize will arrive.
 
I also have received every prize from Eprize. sometimes it does take an awefully long time to receive a prize, but they always do come. Good luck.
 
I'm still waiting on $100 Estee Lauder GC & also Tan in a Can w/the Nokoma Pink T-shirt from the TotalBeauty.com sweeps that ended last yr. I've just recently contacted Eprize but I've been waiting patiently...I've never had a problem getting my prizes either...just never waited this long before.
 
It took over 1 year to get my prizes from total beuty, but they did come, and after sweeping a few years I have calmed down allot and just wait, they have always came from eprize, have gotten them from everyone except one prize from soy candles 3 years ago. Not to bad for as many things as I have gotten over the years. Eprize are kind of in a bad place, they get the blame when the sponser does not send the prize in a timely manner, and really they have no controll over how long it takes. That is one job I wouldn't want. lol
