usually sweeps just ask for basic info such as e-mail and password for sweeps you enter daily some sweeps like one time type ask for that plus name ,adress zip ,phone and usually looking for one entry per person or e-mail addy. There are some rules that state 1 entry per household or address meaning only 1 person with that address can enter.But there is nothing wrong entering with your log-on as long as the info gets put in right, and remember the rules are what counts :wave:
Chew3167 is correct, in my opinion. It is always better to have two different addresses. The only problem with that is you have to remove cookies after each person is through for the session. I've heard of people being disqualified for the very act you are describing. These sweepstakes judges do get cranky at times, and probably for good reason, but just to be on the safe side each of you needs your own address. MY OPINION ONLY!

Some contests also look at IP addresses, which tend to be fixed if you use broadband. You can change it, but it requires some tech know-how. The sponsors sometimes weed out or disqualify multiple entries from the same IP. Dial-up tends to have dynamic IPs though (changing with most connections).
Thank you all for the replies. I should have explained myself better. What i have been doing is while i am logged in under my email account, i also enter him in sweepstakes in his name and I do enter his email address where they ask for email information. I was just wondering weather it was acceptable to enter him when i was logged in under my email account? Or will i half to log in under his email account and enter sweepstakes that i am entering for him?
