I feel your pain, caffeine will not give me a gc i won from them. Sent them them email that stated I won and everything. Just not playing caffeine sweeps anymore. I try to be upbeat and positive but it is wrong when they do things like that to you.

Hi there - I agree - you should contact them. Awhile back I had won a Best Buy gift card for a certain amount but when it came it was for a lower amount. I got in touch and was provided with an apology and a second gift card to get me to the amount I had won. Congrats and hope that you're able to get the prize you won. :wave:
