e-prize help needed

I really hope you can get this worked out. Is it a 2 party check? My bank won't cash those, out of country checks (So my moola account is sitting with wasted earnings) or money orders. Good luck
 
it is a 1 party check it is just it haas no bank name nor address nor a phone number.the bank won't even let me deposit it and wait till it clears.right now i am crying cause we need the money badly.i called eprize but no answer.i also emailed them so hopefully tomorrow some one will call me or answer my e-mail i even included the banks number so they could call the bank and talk to them!i did all i can for now.kandy
 
Having had numerous prize problems with eprize, I have found that at times they are difficult to get a response from. Some of their responses have been wrong and inappropriate. I have found that their customer service is staffed by people on the low end of the totem pole. My impression of this company is that they have bitten off more than they can chew with the vast amout of sweepstakes they administer. Just keep after them and if you receive wrong respnses don't give up!
 
That is SO weird, that they wouldn't have an address or phone number!!! Makes you wonder... But it's encouraging at least that someone wins and does recieve something. I was wondering about those "Caffeine powered" contests.
