1. Eligibility:
Sip. Peel. Win (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Dunkin’ Franchisees, Employees of Franchisees, and Employees of Dunkin Brands Inc. ("Sponsor"), HelloWorld, Inc. ("Administrator), and their parent and affiliate companies, suppliers as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion consists of a peel and win game ("Peel and Win Game") and a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes").

3. Timing:

The Promotion begins on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 15, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Peel and Win Game:
The Peel and Win Game begins on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Game Period"). The Game Period may end earlier if the supply of Game Pieces (as defined below) is depleted prior to September 24, 2019.

Sweepstakes:
The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on November 15, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period"). There are also thirty-five (35) daily entry sweepstakes periods (each a "Daily Entry Sweepstakes Period") that begin on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on September 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Each Daily Entry Period Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter:
Peel and Win Game:

  1. a. Make a Purchase:

  1. During the Game Period, visit a participating Dunkin’ location, purchase a Large or X Large Beverage (an "Eligible Product"), excluding Hot Espresso in most locations, and locate the Peel and Win Game Piece ("Game Piece") attached to the cup. Peel the Game Piece to reveal if you have won a prize or received a coupon, DD Perks bonus points, or discount. See Section 5 for Claim Instructions. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If you do not win a
　

  1. Peel and Win Game prize or receive a coupon, DD Perks bonus points, or discount, you will receive a sweepstakes code ("Sweepstakes Code") on the Game Piece. Keep the Sweepstakes Code and follow the instructions listed below in the Sweepstakes section to enter the Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of Game Pieces each person may receive per day or during the Game Period via this method. "Participating Location" shall be defined as a Dunkin’ store in the Territory, excluding Speedway locations and other locations unable to provide or accept coupons. You will receive one (1) Peel and Win Game Piece ("Game Piece") to the address indicated on your self-addressed, stamped envelope. Limit: One (1) request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by October 24, 2019 and received by October 31, 2019. No mechanically reproduced/photocopies or stamped requests accepted. It begins Aug 21 but codes are already on the large Dunkin beverages. So people can already start collecting codes. Some are instant winners while others require you to type the code on the website after the 21st. to see if you won. Good luck to all.​

Peel and Win Game: The Peel and Win Game begins on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Game Period").
The Game Period may end earlier if the supply of Game Pieces (as defined below) is depleted prior to September 24, 2019.

Sweepstakes: The Grand Prize Sweepstakes begins on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on November 15, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period").
There are also (35) daily entry sweepstakes periods (each a “Daily Entry Sweepstakes Period”) that begin on August 21, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. ET and end on September 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Each Daily Entry Period Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter:

Peel and Win Game:

a. Make a Purchase: During the Game Period, visit a participating Dunkin’ location, purchase a Large or X Large Beverage (an “Eligible Product”), excluding Hot Espresso in most locations, and locate the Peel and Win Game Piece (“Game Piece”) attached to the cup. Peel the Game Piece to reveal if you have won a prize or received a coupon, DD Perks bonus points, or discount. See Section 5 for Claim Instructions. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. If you do not win a
Peel and Win Game prize or receive a coupon, DD Perks bonus points, or discount, you will receive a sweepstakes code (“Sweepstakes Code”) on the Game Piece. Keep the Sweepstakes Code and follow the instructions listed below in the Sweepstakes section to enter the Sweepstakes. There is no limit to the number of Game Pieces each person may receive per day or during the Game Period via this method. “Participating Location” shall be defined as a Dunkin’ store in the Territory, excluding Speedway locations and other locations unable to provide or accept coupons. Some Eligible Products may not be available at all Participating Locations, and as the Promotion progresses, some Participating Locations may run out of some forms of specially marked packaging with Game Pieces before others.

b. Mail-In Method of Entry: Starting August 2, 2019 to play the Peel and Win Game without making a purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (legal residents of Vermont do not need to include a self-addressed stamped envelope) with a note requesting one (1) Game Piece, along with a statement that you are 13 years of age or older, and agree to these Official Rules and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Sip. Peel. Win – Peel and Win Game,” c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5031, Department 840157, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5031. You will receive one (1) Peel and Win Game Piece (“Game Piece”) to the address indicated on your self-addressed, stamped envelope. Limit: One (1) request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by October 24, 2019 and received by October 31, 2019. No mechanically reproduced/photocopies or stamped requests accepted. Free mail-in requests are available during the Game Period, and while supplies last after September 24, 2019. Administrator will fulfill a Peel and Win Game Piece within seven (7) business days of receiving the request, by mail. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. See Section 5 for Claim Instructions. Peel and Win Game Claim Instructions: If you receive a Dunkin’ free food or beverage product or discount Coupon Peel and Win Game Piece, you can redeem by bringing the Game Piece to a participating Dunkin’ location and presenting it to a sales associate on or before November 15, 2019. Terms and conditions of coupons apply. At no time will a Game Piece prize or discount be applied to a prior purchase. Game Pieces are one time use only and not valid for online or mobile orders.
If you receive a DD Perks Bonus Points Peel and Win Game Piece, locate the claim code (“Claim Code”) on the Game Piece and visit www.sippeelwin.com. Follow the links to log in to your DD Perks account. If you are not yet a member, follow the instructions to create a DD Perks account. DD Perks is free but subject to the listed Terms of Use: https://www.dunkindonuts.com/en/dd-perks/dd-perks-terms-and-conditions. Then, follow the instructions to enter your Claim Code. DD Perks Bonus Points will be added to your DD Perks Account within ten (10) days of entering your Claim Code. If you receive a Shell Fuel Rewards® discounted per gallon fuel fill-up Peel and Win Game Piece, locate the claim code (“Claim Code”) and visit www.fuelrewards.com. Follow the links to enter your Claim Code. All Shell Fuel Rewards claims must be received by November 15, 2019, or entrant forfeits the discount, which will remain un-awarded.
Each potential winner should retain a photocopy of his/her winning Game Piece. Facsimiles, photocopies and reproduced Game Pieces are not eligible. Each potential winner must execute all required documentation in order to claim prize. Winners must comply with these Official Rules.

6. Peel and Win Game/Sweepstakes: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
Peel and Win Game: There are a total of 106,582,187 Game Pieces that will be distributed during the Game Period, while supplies last. There are 55,450,000 random Game Pieces that will reveal either a prize, free product coupon, discount coupon, DD Perks bonus points or other discount. Not all prizes, free product coupons, discount coupons, DD Perks bonus points, or discounts are guaranteed to be awarded. You will be a potential winner of the prize indicated on the Game Piece. Unclaimed prizes, free product coupons, discount coupons, points, or discounts will not be awarded. The 51,132,187 Game Pieces that do not reveal a prize, free product coupon, discount coupon, or DD Perks bonus points will include a Sweepstakes Code.
Sweepstakes: Administrator will randomly select each potential Daily Entry Period Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries for each respective prize pool received during the applicable Daily Entry Period on or around the next business day. Non-winning Daily Entry Period entries will not carry over into any subsequent Daily Entry Periods or into any other separate prize pool. Any remaining “banked” entries at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes will be added to the Grand Prize drawing. Administrator will randomly select the Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period on or around November 18, 2019.

7. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PEEL AND WIN GAME OR SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL PEEL AND WIN GAME WINNER AND/OR SWEEPSTAKES WINNER HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

8. Verification of Potential Winners: Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. The potential Sweepstakes winners will be notified by mail or email. Each potential winner (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) of a prize valued at or over $600 will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release which must be received by Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be (3) alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded. Unclaimed Peel and Win Game prizes will not be awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.
