Does using Roboform Disqualify entries?

I saw this in the rules for a sweepstakes: "entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be discarded." Does this mean that entries completed via Roboform form filler are disqualified?

IMHO that phrase refers to people that use to sites that you pay a fee and the enter for you. Roboform is merely a form filler ... you still have to visit each site individually and enter, and this is what sponsors want.

I agree with previous posts, however this week I have noticed several forms that after I complete with Roboform I get a message that I am not eligible for the contest. When I refresh the screen and enter by typing everything out it works and I get my entry. This is something new I am just starting to see so maybe there's some technology that can determine how the info was entered and then automatically stop users from entering that way?

Oh, I hope that's not the case Allysonblake. It would be silly if it is. I notice that more and more facebook sites are offering the ability to fill stuff in with your facebook info. If you are visiting the site, and checking out the sweeps, I see no reason why they would have an issue if you use something to help you fill in all the info. My fingers get tired fast!!

This continues to be my fear in using it. I'd really like a clear picture on this one, because Roboform would shave hours off my entry time.

I use roboform on every sweepstakes that it will fill the form in and have done so for years. I win 10 to 25 wins every month.
