Did anyone have trouble with Stella Artois sweepstakes win?

Did you read the rules? Screenshots mean nothing. (Caps theirs, not mine, copied directly from the Rules page.)

how frustrating for all the winners-i hope it all gets straightened out! I know someone went on twitter to contact company but also try contacting them on facebook and instagram. Good Luck!
 
Add me to the list of winners who can't validate their win! I won the 4 chalices (ARV only $11.20 so I can't imagine they would be glass chalices?). I emailed the email from @mnlender

Was there any resolution from your Twitter interaction? I haven't heard back from my email
 
Add me to the not winning anything but getting a winning notification for $25. I sent screenshots to the promoter as well but haven't heard anything back. Definitely not a good look for a promotion company.

They finally wrote me back with this message

it wasn't in reply to the multiple messages I sent them; I think it was a form email from everyone who has had issues. that was 10 days ago and no response so i followed up with them today.

I had also reached out to Stella at Twitter/X and they told me to contact the administrator above :(
